Job Description:
Colleague is currently seeking a Landscape Client Partner & Garden Manager in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is ideal for a bilingual, client-facing professional with a strong background in garden leadership and relationship management. The position blends customer engagement with onsite horticultural oversight, making it a key bridge between property clients and landscape operations. This is a direct hire, full-time role offering long-term stability and influence in a fast-growing landscaping company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and crews, ensuring all expectations are met and exceeded
- Coordinate and supervise garden care plans tailored to each client's landscape vision
- Host regular onsite meetings with property owners and facility teams to align on goals and schedules
- Provide coaching and mentorship to crew leads and garden staff
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks including bed care, mulching, pest control, and turf grooming
- Monitor project budgets and track job progress to ensure profitability and quality
- Address service concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships
- Document site visits and communicate updates to internal leadership
Skills:
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
- Deep understanding of soil conditions, plant needs, and Texas-native flora
- Experience leading bilingual crews in the field
- Skilled in managing client expectations and translating them into executable garden plans
- Budget-aware with a business mindset, able to balance quality with cost
- Confident in scheduling, field reporting, and garden diagnostics
- Ability to mediate between client desires and operational constraints
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in landscaping or horticultural project management
- Proven track record in managing landscape maintenance for high-end or commercial clients
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design, Landscape Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience with bilingual teams and multicultural client environments
- Familiarity with CRM or customer tracking systems is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
