Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Law Clerk to join our team in Hawaii. As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with our experienced staff, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate and transactional law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

 Assist staff with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for closings and

transactions.

 Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches, property

assessments, and contract reviews.

 Prepare and file legal documents with relevant government agencies and courts.

 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.

 Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.

 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school.

 Strong understanding of real estate and transactional law principles.

 Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

 Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: This is a paid position with a competitive stipend commensurate with

experience. Additionally, opportunities for professional development and advancement within the firm are available for exceptional candidates.
