Are you an experienced lawn care professional ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a reliable, motivated Lawn Care Foreman to oversee residential and commercial maintenance crews and deliver top-quality service our clients can count on.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Ensure daily routes are completed efficiently and on time
- Perform quality checks and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Communicate clearly with the office and clients when needed
- Train new crew members and foster a strong team environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional lawn care experience (leadership a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to tow a trailer and navigate routes confidently
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and leadership skills
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
