Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for lawn care, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on experience with various landscaping techniques and tools, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, raking, operating a loader and hauling heavy loads of debris with work vehicle.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, pruning, and tree care.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance is a big plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping equipment
- Familiarity with gardening practices, tree trimming techniques, and hardscape installation is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical labor.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
