Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C. represents lenders and loan servicers in state and federal courts. We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant or Paralegal with a positive, team focused attitude to join our Wisconsin litigation practice. This position is responsible for supporting our attorney team on circuit court matters in Wisconsin by keeping a schedule of deadlines and court dates, drafting or revising documents and communicating with court staff and other counsel. Prior experience related to litigation on real estate or title matters is a positive but is not required.
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred.
- Prior Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Title Insurance, Foreclosure and/or Bankruptcy experience a plus.
- Computer proficient and able to type 40 wpm.
- Excellent proofreading, verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and able to adapt quickly to change or changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
