Legal Assistant: Helping our clients through complicated estate administrations by managing office calendars, document and letter drafting, pleading drafting, client interaction, time tracking, file organization, discovery review and other legal tasks.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, law firm staff, and third-party vendors to ensure that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle client correspondence.
- Perform a wide range of administrative functions, including office management duties, such as copier, fax machine, and telephone system operation.
- Operate a variety of software applications including Office, Internet, and word processing programs. Experience with MyCase preferred.
- Edit documents using applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- E-Filing court pleadings.
