- Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, answering phone calls, transcribing digital dictation, preparing correspondence, data entry, opening and maintaining client files, filing, and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Ideal candidates will be reliable and punctual, have a professional appearance, possess a strong attention to detail, have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, have good time management skills, and have the ability to work both independently and as a team player. Attention to detail is essential.
