We serve people at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. That means our intake team doesn’t just sell. They listen deeply, act decisively, and own the moment. If you can do that, and you’re energized by goals, connection, and community impact, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- First point of contact: Answer calls, respond to online inquiries, and welcome walk-ins with professionalism and empathy.
- Qualify & close: Actively listen, determine if potential clients meet criteria, and walk them through the sign-up process (electronic signature or in-person).
- Lead follow-up: Drive a chase cycle with potential clients until a connection is made, following up consistently until they’ve signed.
- CRM data entry: Accurately document every detail in our CRM for a seamless handoff to the legal team.
- Referral coordination: Provide warm handoffs to referral partners when appropriate, protecting relationships and client trust.
- Adapt and decide: Follow our proven sales playbook while using intuition to adjust communication to each client’s needs.
- Represent our values: Represent the firm’s mission and values in every conversation.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing. If you can’t sell, this isn’t for you.
- Natural empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect with people in crisis.
- Comfort with technology (Slack, Zoom, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, AI Tools).
- Personal injury or legal background is a plus, but not required. Sales skills are non-negotiable.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (day or evening).
- Professional presence that reflects the integrity and compassion of our firm.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. A significant portion of our community needs to be heard in their own language.
