Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and provide exceptional guest services. This position requires strong swimming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Duties
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness and safety hazards.
Skills
- CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively.
- Experience in guest services to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
