What you'll do:
- Acquire and onboard new LTL carriers into the Curri network
- Negotiate competitive rates with both new and existing carriers
- Build and manage strong carrier relationships
- Source capacity and ensure quality service for LTL shipments
- Align carrier agreements with freight audit and pay processes
- Identify and win new customers for LTL services
- Serve as Curri’s in-house LTL subject matter expert
- Provide insights that shape the product roadmap and internal processes
- Stay on top of market trends, regulatory updates, and NMFC changes
What you need to have:
- Deep knowledge of LTL networks, pricing, and freight movement
- Proven experience negotiating with carriers
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Ability to translate LTL expertise into strategic execution
- Bonus: Experience with freight audit/pay workflows or prior 3PL/logistics tech experience
