Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics (specializing in LTL), supply chain management, or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions.

Technology Proficiency: Competent in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and documentation.
Responsibilities
Account Management: Serve as the secondary or primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their LTL logistics needs are met with exceptional service.
Coordination: Manage logistics schedules, LTL shipments, and delivery timelines to meet client requirements efficiently.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation: Ensure all LTL logistics operations are accurately documented and reported.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with LTL transportation vendors to optimize service offerings and delivery efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance LTL service delivery and client experience.
