What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC machines by loading/unloading and deburring parts.
- Pack parts for shipping as needed.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Keep your work area clean and safe.
- Support the shop team with other production tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of machine operator experience (CNC preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of parts throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
- Repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Work performed in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
- Required use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE as needed.
