What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines by loading/unloading and deburring parts.
• Pack parts for shipping as needed.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Support the shop team with other production tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of machine operator experience (CNC preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of parts throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
• Repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Work performed in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
• Required use of safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE as needed.
