Key Responsibilities
Conduct all major repairs of the building.- Conduct repairs of equipment.
- Responsible for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience.- Ability to work within a long term care nursing facility.
