Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $20 - $24

Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

1. Perform general maintenance tasks, including wall, floor, furniture repairs, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
2. Carry out painting, refurbishing, and routine preventive maintenance as directed.
3. Assist with snow removal, maintain irrigation systems, and keep equipment and tools in working order.

We are specifically Hiring for the following shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

1. High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in building maintenance (preferably in apartment or healthcare settings).
2. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, along with familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment.
