Opportunity:
Acora Building Services is a subsidiary of Acora Asset Management, a property management company in Phoenix, Arizona which primarily manages apartment properties. We are currently hiring a full-time maintenance technician to assist our continued growth in Phoenix.
Who we are looking for:
The maintenance technician maintains the physical integrity of the apartment community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The technician will diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance. They will also be expected to aid in the fixing of all possible physical components of the apartment community as deemed necessary.

* Three Years Related Experience and/or Training
* Valid Driver's License
* Passion for Customer Service

* Ability to Apply Common Sense Understanding to Carry Out Detailed Written or Oral Instructions
* The Ability to Provide Skilled Repairs & Maintenance Services
* Self-Motivated & Extremely Reliable
* The Ability & Desire to Learn New Skills
* Good Communication Skills
Skills or Training Required
* Skilled Drywall Repair
* Skilled Drywall Texturing
* Painting Experience, Roll & Spray
* Basic Wood-Working, Hanging Doors, Repairing Wood Framing
* Basic Plumbing & Drain
* Proficient in the Use of Power Tools
* Other Miscellaneous Maintenance Related Skills
Work Hours:
40 hours per week.
Maintenance Technician work hours vary between 7:30 am and 6 pm, 7 days per week based on property needs.
In addition, Maintenance may be on call at anytime for emergency situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
