Management Analyst
Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Management Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives in the successful implementation of the College of Nursing’s strategic plan. This position is responsible for data analysis, strategic project support, audit coordination, reporting, and the facilitation of process improvements across the college.
The Management Analyst will partner with leadership to monitor progress, evaluate performance against established metrics, and drive operational initiatives that ensure strategic plan goals are met. The position requires independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to advancing the college’s mission through data-driven insight and operational excellence.
Strategic Plan Implementation
- Provide direct support to the Executive Director in executing and evaluating strategic plan initiatives.
- Track and report on progress toward strategic goals; compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to leadership.
- Conduct environmental scans, peer benchmarking, and gap analyses to inform strategic priorities.
- Support initiative owners by organizing meetings, setting timelines, and ensuring accountability to deliverables.
- Draft reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders on strategic plan progress.
- Develop and manage tools, dashboards, and templates for strategic plan monitoring and accountability.
Operational and Project Support
- Monitor and manage tasks, timelines, risks, and outcomes associated with strategic plan aligned projects.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, define requirements, and support cross-functional project teams.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, task lists, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Support project rollouts through stakeholder coordination, training preparation, and implementation logistics.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets to evaluate progress towards strategic goals.
- Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and track them across projects and initiatives.
- Design and produce dashboards, scorecards, and reports that translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Use data tools to support ongoing decision-making processes.

Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years of experience in project management, data analysis, or strategic planning.
- Strong skills in data visualization, performance measurement, and project coordination.
- Experience in higher education, health systems or complex organizations.
- Familiarity with strategic planning processes and/or institutional effectiveness models.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising teams, with proven ability to delegate effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
