Job Description
The Consumer Marketing Operations Manager leads the operational marketing function supporting Consumer and Mortgage lines of business. with a focus on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all client-facing marketing operational communications, including disclosures, product notices, service updates, and ongoing operational messaging.
This leader drives process excellence and consistency in execution, partnering closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Product Strategy, Product Operations, and Branch Support. Additionally, this role provides oversight of brand merchandising and fulfillment, ensuring our teams are equipped with the marketing materials and brand assets needed to support in-branch engagement, promotions, and community events.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will develop, route, and deploy customer communications for service changes, rate updates, product information, and regulatory notices.
- You will manage messaging and materials for branch openings, closures, and consolidations, including legal and regulatory approvals.
- You will maintain a centralized repository of approved communications, disclosures, and templates for enterprise-wide use.
- You will coordinate production and delivery of regulatory signage while ensuring brand consistency across physical assets.
- You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and internal teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and brand standards.
- You will support Consumer and Mortgage teams with operational marketing needs and serve as their primary contact.
- You will oversee branded merchandising, vendor relationships, and fulfillment operations, including inventory tracking and reporting.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Proven experience managing customer-facing communications, including disclosures, service updates and regulatory notices.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to consumer banking communications.
- Experience with marketing project management tools and content management systems.
- Familiarity with print production, signage logistics, and vendor management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in written communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Product Strategy, and Branch Operations.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory or operational information into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Solid PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing software, including ability to function proficiently in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience optimizing processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Competent in analyzing inventory data and fulfillment trends to support cost-effective merchandising and distribution strategies.
