Renuity is looking for a Manager of Employee Services to lead the HR Service Desk team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality employee support. This role will serve as a key liaison between employees, Division leadership, and HR Business Partners to resolve HR-related inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR experience, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to optimize service delivery and engagement.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of the HR Service Desk and manage its team.
Provide guidance and support on escalated employee inquiries or complex HR issues.
Partner with Division leadership and HRBPs to resolve employee matters efficiently.
Monitor and analyze service metrics, trends, and feedback to identify improvement areas.
Elevate systemic or high-impact issues to senior leadership as appropriate.
What You'll Bring:
3–5 years of experience in HR (Generalist or above level), with multi-state exposure.
Strong understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and payroll.
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
Familiarity with ADP systems is a plus.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and evolving environment.
