About the Role

Fleet Farm is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy with hands-on execution. As the CRM Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer relationship management initiatives—including targeted email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

We’re seeking a collaborative marketer who’s passionate about using data and personalization to create meaningful customer experiences. If you’re ready to take ownership of a robust CRM program and work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and merchandising teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the full CRM campaign lifecycle—from strategy and segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Email Marketing Leadership: Drive development and deployment of all email campaigns, including lifecycle triggers, promotional sends, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver relevant, timely, and brand-aligned customer communications.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Oversee customer segmentation strategies to create personalized experiences that increase engagement and drive conversions.
  • Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with CRM vendors, ensuring proper data flows, campaign setup, testing protocols, and platform optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a CRM Analyst; provide insights, coaching, and direction for campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and lead testing efforts to continuously improve CRM performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Requires 3+ years of CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution, customer segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and CRM KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Amperity, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
