The Manufacturing Technician will promote continuous improvement of company processes to meet customer
requirements. Review and recommend engineering standards in relationship to the development, documentation
and production of all products at All Flex.
Essential Job Duties
- Learn manufacturing processes, visions, ideas and implementation
- Research and design new and more efficient ways of manufacturing flex circuits in house. Conduct tests for problem solving as needed. Resolve problems, processes, drawings, design specifications, materials, quality etc, using personal
- Make appropriate contact with customers on issues of workability, quality or design in coordination with set-up
- Resolve issues as presented whether process or design using tact and good judgment and coordinates between
- Responsible for becoming familiar with all automated pieces of equipment. May include programming, setting
- Prepare for, attend and participate in meetings as requested relative to process applications.
- Participation in IPC standards development as requested by Product Engineering
- Other duties as assigned.

Education
- Two-year technical degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience and/or Training
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and production company’s concepts and applications.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
