As a Marketing Assistant at Sphirea Plus, you will work closely with our marketing team to support campaign development, execution, and analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing operations and contribute to projects that elevate our clients’ brand presence in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and events
Conduct market research to identify trends, audiences, and competitive insights
Draft and proofread marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and newsletters
Maintain and organize project assets, calendars, and documentation
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare concise reports for the team
Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or project-support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving marketing practices
