Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Services Specialist to join our team. This integral role combines in-office client service coordination with marketing and outreach efforts throughout Connecticut. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance relationship building, brand promotion, and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This will be an in-office role with hours of 8am to 5pm during weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services (In-Office Coordination)
- Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial inspections to optimize efficiency
- Answer phones and guide homebuyers, real estate agents, and clients through the inspection process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and partner records in the company’s CRM system
- Process inspection reports and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Collaborate with inspectors and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Support internal operations with administrative tasks and client onboarding
- Follow up with agents and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service
Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company goals and market trends
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar; coordinate with internal team members to ensure consistent execution (minimum 4 posts/week)
- Manage and design digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, presentations, and training resources
- Oversee SIS’s social media strategy with a focus on engaging and educating the real estate community—prioritizing video, reels, and interactive content
- Represent SIS at trade shows, realtor events, and board-sponsored functions across Connecticut
- Maintain inventory of branded materials and promotional items; handle reordering and updates as needed
- Post blog articles and educational content to the website; ensure resources for both homebuyers and agents are regularly updated
- Manage CRM drip campaigns and automated marketing workflows
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, client services, or real estate-related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative and comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM; experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, etc.) to streamline workflow is a plus
- Real estate or home services industry experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within CT
