Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating SEO and digital marketing projects across our portfolio of clients, ensuring that all client communications are smooth, transparent, and focused on results. You’ll be the link between Seota’s talented SEO and marketing team and our clients, ensuring expectations are met and campaigns are effectively executed.
This position is remote, but candidates based in Texas are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring all projects align with client goals and timelines.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress, collecting feedback, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and content creators to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively executed and deadlines are met.
- Content Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing social media, blog, and email content to drive client engagement and meet campaign goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project milestones and KPIs, assisting with monthly client updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a marketing agency or similar role preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including content marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify is essential.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, social scheduling tools, SEMRush etc.) a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
