Marketing Coordinator
Potential Salary – $45,000-$65,000
Milliken Agency Services is a fast-growing consulting firm that offers a variety of support services to insurance agencies, specializing in Applied Systems products. We’re insurance people with technology backgrounds; helping agencies grow their business by both expanding and optimizing the use of their agency management system. MAS was founded in 2017, is headquartered in North Conway, NH, and is a fully remote operation with employees along the East Coast and Midwest.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has some experience in a range of marketing areas including conference planning, e-mail marketing, SEO, SEM and SMM. Having someone who is both a strong team player and can be successful independently is crucial along with the ability to grow with the role and be goal focused.

Job Duties:
- Work with senior leadership to create marketing strategies and campaigns
- Create and distribute branded marketing content for print and digital marketing
- Conferences: Manage deadlines, create marketing materials, design booth setup, complete registrations, etc. (potential future need to attend conferences)
- Travel & Expense Management – including travel arrangements for conferences and expense report submissions
- Social media content planning and execution
- Website management (Wix)
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance of website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives while providing recommendations for improvements and implementation support as needed
- Ability to create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns
- Maintain CRM and lead generation
- Schedule is Monday through Friday
