Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Duties
- Acts as a liaison between the Rockaway Home Attendant Services, Inc., and other companies in the Metropolitan Area.
- Interfacing with counterparts and building relationships with various community establishments.
- Coordinating a wide range of relations in communication.
- Plans and prepares schedules in advance, carefully for meetings with the doctors, day care centers, and other officials in the Metropolitan community.
- Executing and developing marketing strategies for the company’s growth.
- Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct correspondences with organizations and providing prompt answers to requests M-11-Q’s to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
- Assisting in coordinating various integrated communications and marketing activities.
- Schedule appointments to suit the demand of the agency – consist of start dates and end dates, time, etc. Needs proof and draft dates.
- Coordinate every aspect of marketing associated with the demanding tasks. Positions and most important dates.
- Works behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and orderly progression toward finishing work, and is essential for be long-term marketing partnership. Works closely with other staff personnel, especially the Executive Director, Director of Patient Services/Field Operations, and the Executive Assistant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Experience in social media marketing and familiarity with various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Solid copywriting skills with attention to detail in grammar and style.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $21.86 - $28.73 per hour
