As a Data Auditor I, it will be your responsibility to maintain a high-quality and accurate customer database. We are passionate about keeping in contact with our loyal customers to maintain long-lasting relationships. Accuracy is an important part of building those relationships.
This position will be primarily responsible for:
- Review accuracy for new and updated information in our database.
- Maintain high accuracy levels for all work performed.
- Ensure all data was entered according to current procedure.
- Identify and research discrepancies.
- Make any needed corrections and notate any changes.
- Provide timely and accurate audit results based on daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Identify common patterns and recommend best practices for consistent information and process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and organization.
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to review large amounts of information both on screen and on paper.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in the data. Subject to testing.
- Proficient math skills. Subject to testing.
- Able to research business information via the internet and social media.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Understand good database practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
Minimal lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 75% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 25% or less standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. is required.
