The Director of Marketing will support strategic marketing efforts in collaboration with senior leadership, overseeing initiatives across multiple communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and produce marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage local advertising, signage, and offline media purchases.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to maintain marketing collateral.
- Oversee model home merchandising, sales office setup, and community close-out activities.
- Support consumer and broker events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demographics.
- Develop community-specific marketing plans and buyer profiles.
- Track and evaluate marketing performance and traffic sources.
- Manage marketing budgets, approve invoices, and monitor spending.
- Provide technical support for marketing tools and materials.
- Lead consultants on creative assets such as signage, renderings, and photography.
- Contribute to the development of new community standards and programs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing or related industry experience; experience in homebuilding a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
