Mill City, a 93-unit assisted living and memory care community in Faribault, MN, is now hiring a Marketing Coordinator.
Primary Purpose:
To market and maintain census goals of Mill City Senior Living. Primary tasks include tours, community and public relations, identifying current resident needs, and providing resources for service coordination assessments. Works closely with the administrative and nursing department. Reports to the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School education/GED
- Four-year degree in relevant field preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Valid MN Driver’s License
OTHER SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
This position requires the incumbent to have:
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to assisted living.
- Expertise in working with senior resident populations.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal: to be able to read aloud, speak in front of groups and formulate ideas on paper.
- Organization skills.
- Able to work irregular hours, occasional weekends and evenings.
- Possess leadership/supervisory skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & TASKS:
- Assist in maintaining optimal census of the AL
- Provide office and administrative support
- Provide Resident services support and address needs for programs and services of a very challenging and diverse resident population
- Participate and function effectively as a team member
- Complete essential paperwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
