Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for an international organization based in St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean).
This is an on-site role, ideal for experienced professionals currently residing on the island or nearby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms
- Manage marketing team and support sales alignment
- Oversee brand management, local market engagement, and new product launches
- Monitor marketing performance and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending
- Ensure internal and external communications align with brand goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
- Experience in brand management, campaign planning, and team leadership
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Budget management experience
- Knowledge of Caribbean markets and multilingual environments (preferred)
This position is based in St. Maarten and requires on-site presence.
