The Marketing Office Assistant will provide information to the general public, surrounding businesses, Navajo Nation entities, government entities, and other organizations (with propane and Natural Gas fuel needs in the Four Corners region). They facilitate Nations Gas customers through the propane construction approval process and help finalize the sale. A friendly manner and professional approach to customer service is a must.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling potential business customers.
- Use the CRM daily to input proposals, track leads and keep customers notes. Update throughout the day.
- Assist with quotes provided by LP and Construction Dept. This involves sending out quotes, following up on them, and accurately recording all information in the CRM system.
- Report to the GM & Deputy GM on a daily basis to communicate marketing interest in company products and to communicate sales achievements.
- Assist with Marketing Outreach throughout the year.
- Check in with the office (OPs Dept. Construction Dept. and Propane Dept.) on marketing events to help promote departments. Online, through social media, in person, and at conferences.
- Seeking bids through various platforms
- Maintain communication with our customers through year-round communication, promotional items, mailings, holiday cards. Lead in Christmas Card distribution.
- Order promotional items and marketing flyers when requested by the Marketing Supervisor, as well as maintaining inventory.
- Assist the LP Department with Customer Ordering propane and assisting in Front Desk with duties. Take propane orders, process all propane payments, and generate all propane delivery schedules.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic filing, and office administration.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Clean driving record, and valid driver license.
Preferred Skills:
- Multi-lingual: Navajo and English
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, email, etc.
- Knowledge of Google workspace required.
- Knowledge of Abode Acrobat
