Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading media platform serving the global electronics manufacturing industry. You’ll be the face of our sales efforts—connecting advertisers with powerful print, digital, and video solutions tailored to a highly technical audience. This role requires a strong understanding of technical sales and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients on additional products or services.
- Manage assigned territory by maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying potential new customers.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and event teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
- Attend key trade shows and industry events globally (approx. 5–6 per year) to network and support clients
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines using Zoho CRM (experience preferred)
Requirements
- Proven media sales experience (B2B preferred), ideally within electronics manufacturing, SMT, or semiconductor markets with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong existing network in the semiconductor advanced packaging industry
- Strong skills in upselling and account management.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- Experience in territory management with a focus on maximizing market potential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $49,770.30 - $120,000.00 per year
