Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Medical Assistant to support our prosthetics team. This hands-on role includes both patient-facing and administrative responsibilities in a specialized clinical setting. No prior experience required—we will provide thorough on-the-job training tailored to our prosthetics practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in patients, confirm and update medical history
- Take vital signs (blood pressure, weight, etc.) and record patient data
- Assist prosthetists during fittings, adjustments, and follow-up exams
- Prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness, and sterilize tools
- Support clinicians during prosthetic evaluations
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage basic front-desk tasks
- Offer empathetic, respectful support to patients adapting to limb loss
No Experience? No Problem!
We provide complete on-site training to ensure you feel confident and capable in supporting both patients and clinicians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear, professional communication and a friendly demeanor
- Eagerness to learn in a technical, specialized healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols
- Computer literacy

Monday 8 am-2 pm
Wednesday 1 pm-4 pm
Thursday 8 am-2 pm
