Must have experience of daily posting commercial insurance payments over 50% of the time. This is NOT posting patients copays to their account. Line item and 835/electronic payment posting experience - REQUIRED
Duties will include, but not limited to...
- Accurately and efficiently reviewing and positing insurance payments
- Accurately and efficiently posting patient payments
- Requesting missing EOBs from payors
- Posting/reconciling electronic insurance payments
- Preparation of Bank Deposits
A strong candidate will posses
- High attention to detail
- 10 key proficiencies
- Experience in medical payment posting
- Ability to stay focused and work independently daily
