WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze, interpret and respond to incoming insurance denials
- Research outstanding aged account balances and coordinate with third party payers to ensure speedy resolution
- Train and consult with clients and key stakeholders to identify and prevent future reimbursement delays
- Generate reports and analyze key AR metrics
- Partner closely with Leadership Team to improve processes
- Develop training that positively impacts key AR metrics

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:
- Ability to confidently draw from experience and apply potential solutions contextually
- Ability to articulate information and solutions in easy to understand language to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to think on feet to meet or exceed patient and client expectations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help internal/external customers meet their needs
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with billing systems and tools.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of one year in medical billing or a related role.
- Experience working through AR processes is preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems quickly.
