Seeking a Full-time Medical Receptionist for busy Allergy & Immunology group practice in multiple locations. Primarily to work in our Ann Arbor call center and clinic offices. General hours are 8:30-5pm Monday through Friday. Currently closed on weekends. If you are friendly, like to help people, and have great computer skills, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner both in office and over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, as well as physicians and coworkers.
- Scheduling appointments - fast and accurate keyboarding
- Checking patients in and out during physician visits.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team setting
- Scanning and general office duties
- Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical background is a plus, but we are also willing to train candidates with a great customer service background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
