We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support to our medical office. Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage physician appointments, conferences, and other professional commitments.
- Organize, maintain, and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and office documents.
- Monitor and respond to professional emails in a timely and organized manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls related to administrative and scheduling matters.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, forms, and reports as needed.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending items, and maintain office calendars.
- Support physicians and office management with clerical projects and special assignments.
