Position Overview:

As a Licensed Medicare Enrollment Coordinator, you'll speak directly with seniors to help them find the best Medicare coverage for their needs. All calls are inbound, generated by active marketing efforts—no cold calling required. This is a full-time, permanent role with consistent hours, base pay, and strong commission potential.

Base pay is $20 per hour plus $100 per application

Responsibilities:

• Base pay is $20 per hour plus $100 per application
• Handle inbound calls from prospects seeking Medicare coverage
• Educate clients on available plan options (MA, MAPD, and supplements)
• Guide customers through plan selection and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records and provide top-tier customer service
• Collaborate with your remote team to exceed performance goals

✅ Qualifications:

• Active Health Insurance License required
• Sales or telemarketing experience (Medicare, life, health, or retail sales) is a plus
• Comfortable discussing healthcare and coverage options with seniors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess client needs and explain benefits clearly
