Position Summary
The Member Education and Webinar Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, owning the planning, execution, and optimization of Brello’s member-facing webinars. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, project management, and live event production. You'll play a vital role in our marketing efforts, working with teams across the company to deliver educational, compliant, and engaging content that directly impacts our member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and host at least two member-engaging webinars per month.
- Secure and coordinate internal and external guest speakers.
- Collaborate with Directors of Community Engagement and Retention to align webinar topics with member needs and business goals.
- Drive registration and attendance in collaboration with marketing and community teams.
- Facilitate live sessions, including Q&A moderation and audience engagement.
- Repurpose webinars into Brello’s content flywheel (blogs, social posts, on-demand replays, etc.).
- Track and report on key metrics such as attendance, engagement, and member feedback to continually improve content and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of professional experience in managing webinars, podcasts, shows, or similar live events.
- Experience in project management, specifically with ClickUp or comparable platforms.
- Willingness to explore and utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Highly proactive and exceptionally organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Further education or certifications in communications, marketing, or project management.
- Experience with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) wellness content or work experience with a telehealth company offering compounded medications.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in a highly regulated space, such as 503A pharmaceutical advertising guidelines.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in webinar or live event management is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting.
- Ability to maintain focus in a typical remote environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.
