We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Rhetoric and Logic Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage in thoughtful discourse. This position requires anunderstanding of rhetoric and logic principles, as well as the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of rhetoric, logic, and critical thinking principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Experience working with middle school students is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages open dialogue and respectful debate among students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth in rhetoric and logic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and enhance the curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, well-ordered classroom.
- Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises for a highly effective learning environment.
- Maintain regular and accurate attendance and grade records to meet the demands for a comprehensive knowledge of each student's progress through the student information system.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences during the school year sufficient to maintain effective school home communication
- Submit lesson plans, objectives, tests, quarterly plans, and assignments that may be requested by the administration.
- Inform the administration in a timely manner if unable to fulfill any duty assigned. Prepare adequate information and materials for a substitute teacher.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the administration such as carpool, recess, lunch duty, etc.
