About Us
BetterEd Solutions is a nationally recognized school improvement company that partners with charter schools, public schools, and private institutions to accelerate student achievement, develop instructional excellence, and radically improve school culture. We are currently seeking a Montessori Consultant to support one of our flagship turnaround partner schools in Washington, D.C., as they work to restore academic excellence and Montessori fidelity across grades PreK3 through 6th.

You will directly support SSMA PCS in driving instructional alignment, coaching Guides to excellence, building internal capacity for strong lesson delivery, and helping reestablish high-fidelity Montessori practices that result in stronger student engagement, behavior, and academic outcomes.
