The Center for NeuroPotential is hiring Associate-Level Licensed LPCAs or LMSWs in Connecticut to:
- Provide clinical intakes and brief check-ins for neurofeedback patients
- Build a caseload of therapy clients
- Learn and apply powerful brain-based tools
We serve clients across the lifespan—children to older adults—addressing ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, autism, learning differences, and more. We also help high performers improve focus and resilience.

Compensation:
This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred

Guide and monitor the progress of patients undergoing neurofeedback therapy- Actively support each client’s clinical development through personalized, ongoing evaluation
- Build meaningful, consistent connections with clients to deepen therapeutic impact
- Collaborate in dynamic weekly Clinical Rounds to refine treatment strategies and share insights
- Conduct in-depth, periodic assessments to track outcomes and optimize neurofeedback effectiveness
- Manage a focused caseload of clients whose goals and strengths align with the therapist’s expertise and passion
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA
- Successful applicants should have undergone training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies or be willing to pursue such training
- Ethical standards adherence within the psychotherapy field is a mandatory requirement for all candidates
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role
- Proficiency in using an Electronic Health Record and ensuring timely documentation is highly preferred
- A strong commitment to collaborative teamwork is crucial for excelling in this position
- The ideal candidate will be dedicated to continuously developing and enhancing their clinical practice
