Job Description
Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Inpatient Rehab team. The RN will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans based on patient assessments and nursing diagnoses.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to maintain professional standards of care.
- Deliver care to a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices for patient care.
- Support the development of systems and processes to enhance patient outcomes in a rehab setting.

- New Grads Accepted – Required
- Inpatient Rehab Experience – Required
- Compliance must be completed and submitted one week prior to start date.

Certification Requirements
- BLS – Required
- NIHSS – Required
