Position Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, in collaboration with our physicians. This role involves both in-office patient visits and coordination of ongoing treatment plans, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform patient education regarding disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with MIPS and other performance measures.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas and in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- EMR proficiency (experience with eClinicalWorks preferred).
