About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Off Site or On Site Email Chat Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via email and chat platforms, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. This role is available as either on-site or remote, providing flexibility to suit your needs. Qualifications

The pay range for this role is:
23.19 - 34.18 USD per hour(Remote (Norwalk, California, US))
