About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Off Site or On Site Email Chat Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via email and chat platforms, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. This role is available as either on-site or remote, providing flexibility to suit your needs. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
• Resolve customer issues by thoroughly investigating and providing accurate information or solutions.

• Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve specific technical or complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, email, or chat-based roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and composure.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, email platforms, and chat tools.
• Ability to work in a flexible, full-time hourly schedule based on operational needs.
