DML, an HVAC company in Boise and partner of WBM, has an immediate need for a full time Dispatcher-Office Administrator. The Dispatcher-Office Administrator position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling technician appointments, performing general office duties, issuing PO’s and setting up new projects.
Job Details:
· Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
· Manage technician schedules
· Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
· Support bookkeeping procedures
· Create and update databases and records for customers, personnel and other data
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience in office management/customer service and scheduling technicians.
· Proficient in MS office products, Word, Excel, scheduling, etc.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
· Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organization and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time 7:30- 4 PM
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
