Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing schedules, overseeing clerical tasks, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, making them an integral part of our organization.This is a part-time, unpaid, virtual volunteer position. Our programs are to promote and educate on mental awareness, healthy living, social justice, and racial reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee schedule management and calendar coordination for team members.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff and ongoing employee development.
- Supervise front desk operations, providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings, workshops, and special events.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support human resources functions by assisting with onboarding processes and employee inquiries.
Requirements
- The candidates must have good knowledge on Zoom operations (creating breakout rooms, closing and
- opening)
- Must also have knowledge on creating meeting minutes from recordings
Schedule
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Weekends as needed
