Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records.
- Utilize computer software for administrative tasks, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and workflow.
- Assist in inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
