We seek a motivated Online Sales & Social Media Sales Specialist to help boost our digital presence and drive sales. Our ideal candidate is skilled at engaging audiences, growing brand loyalty, and turning online interest into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-office online sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote products and services.
- Engage with our online community to foster relationships, respond to inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor social media and e-commerce analytics to track performance, optimize content, and adapt strategies for growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and support campaigns.
- Manage paid social media advertising to maximize reach and drive conversions.
- Prepare and present reports on social media performance and sales results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for engagement.
- Experience in paid social media advertising and optimizing for conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart).
